| If you need board-up,
tarping or any temporary or emergency repairs… |
Upon arrival, a QCi crew
will ask you to sign the authorization for any emergency
repairs that are needed. |

| If your contents have
been damaged… |
QCi will take any or all
of these actions:
a) evaluate your personal property
b) may move your personal property to an unaffected area
of the home or business or
c) if necessary, pack out your personal property, clean
it, inventory it and store it until the structure is habitable. |

| To help you obtain
an estimate of damages… |
QCi will follow this procedure:
a) your scope of damage will be completed
at the conclusion of all emergency services (This is
a detailed estimate, down to every doorknob and piece
of trim, of the damage sustained. It includes both
emergency services as well as the reconstruction portion
of the job.)
b) the estimate is sent to the insurance carrier, homeowner,
business owner or property management company (whichever
is applicable)
c) once insurance approval is obtained, you will be asked
to sign the work authorization for the reconstruction. |

| To help you understand
the scheduling and production of work… |
QCi will:
a) assign a Superintendent to your
job who will meet with you to review your scope
b) have one of its Purchasing agents contact you to provide
a material allowance sheet and assist you with the process
of making replacement material selections
c) obtain all necessary permits
d) create and give you a work schedule timeline
e) begin
reconstruction just as soon as the permits are obtained
and material selections by you are complete. |

| To insure we have met
you expectations when the job is complete… |
QCi’s Superintendent will co-ordinate
a final walk through in order to create a punch list of
any remaining items that need to be completed or touched
up. |
